NOTE: Registration fee will be $25 and include a shirt. We will be using timing sticks on shorter courses at Log Cabin. There will be no dinner in Skagway this year.

NOTE: You will be directed to online registration forms through Zone 4. There is one registration form online for all races and racers. Race registration will close at 9 pm Alaska time (11 pm Yukon) on March 10. There will be no late registration. After you register, click on SEE WHO’S COMING to see your name and others who will be joining us for the Buckwheat.

PROOF OF COVID VACCINATION REQUIRED  (BC Government requirement) for anyone 12 and over. Bring your cards or proof of vaccination to Log Cabin when you pick up your shirt and timing stick. Unfortunately, due to COVID, we will not be hosting any functions in Skagway before or after the event this year. Please stay safe everyone!

IMPORTANT! If you are coming from Skagway you will need to fill out your information on the ArriveCAN app to cross the border (check https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid for latest border rules including test results procedures). Allow an extra 1 hour so you do not miss the starting window.

PARKING – Please car pool if you can. Parking will be limited to the main Log Cabin lot. No parking on the highway. Any overflow parking will have to be at the highway turnout up the hill south of Log Cabin. There will be a shuttle between parking areas.

PRIZE FOR BEST COSTUME – TOGA, TOGA, TOGA!!!  Upper Dewey Lake cabin package this summer from Skagway Rec. Center with one-way flight by TEMSCO Helicopters.

See Race Schedule page for more info on picking up your shirt and timing stick and start/finish instructions at Log Cabin. Starting window will be 8 am to 11 am Alaska Time (10-1 Yukon) and the course will close at 2 pm (4 pm Yukon).

JOIN & SUPPORT LOG CABIN SKI SOCIETY – We also welcome additional donations on the form to our Warming Hut Fund. A donation over $10 will include an LCSS Membership.

ALSO VERY IMPORTANT: We suggest you allow at least an hour if coming from Skagway to make the start on time. Expect lines at Fraser border crossing on way north to Log Cabin, and at the Skagway Port of Entry on way south after the race. Bring your Passport!

NO REFUNDS POLICY – We do not give refunds. If you are unable to race, then you may treat your entry fee as a donation to LCSS. We are a registered non-profit.
